Only your authorized users. tekDrive provides role-based access controls — admins, advisors, and techs each see what they need. Our support team can only access your account with explicit permission. We never sell or share your data.
We retain data for the life of your account plus 90 days after cancellation. Photos and videos are stored permanently — we don't delete your inspection media. You can export your data at any time.
