How Follow-ups recover declined work

Work customers said no to becomes a call list with names on it, and everything the advisor needs for a short, specific call.

Where

Follow-ups, in the tekDrive web panel

Step by step

  1. Open the call list

Open Follow-ups in the web panel. Narrow it to what is due today, safety items or your own, and sort it to put the best calls first.

  2. Open a call card

Each declined job comes with what the tech found, the photos from the visit, a script, the likely objections and the right phone numbers.

  3. Make the call and record what happened

Booked an appointment, approved over the phone, call me back, still thinking, not interested, no answer or left a voicemail.

  4. Slow day? Make five calls

When the counter is quiet, one button walks you through the five best calls to make.

  5. Back in the bay

When the car comes back for something else, the advisor hears about the declined work at check-in.

  6. See what came back

Work approved by phone and work recovered on a later visit count in your sales numbers, and managers see who called and what happened.

What your shop gets

Declined work gets a call back instead of being forgotten, and you can see what it brought back.
