Open Loaners in the web panel to see which loaners are ready to loan and which are out with customers.
Rent one out
Pick the repair order, the customer and the drivers, then the vehicle with its mileage and fuel. Review the details and the customer signs.
Or let the customer start
A QR code at the counter opens a page on the customer’s own phone, where they fill in their details and add photos of their license and insurance.
Photos at the car
On the phone, choose Loaner vehicle in Check-in and walk around the car: photos, damage marked on the car, mileage and fuel.
Back in
When the loaner comes back, check it back in, and loaners that need a wash or service have their own list.
